Incorporate some great techniques to protect your spine and improve your posture as well. 30 Minute Abs ads a few great exercises to put into your existing training routine. Learn how to use the Bio Foam Roller and Stability Ball for a great "Pilates" type of core workout. No classes on the schedule at this time. Chekc for future updates.
