The focus is on toning and tightening your midsection, as well as working on your Derrière. It takes certain techniques to execute the traditional butt exercise and get results. Toni will teach you these techniques. She has proven it time and again with many clients and students. Check out her glutes!

Increases balance, strength and posture. Learn techniques for getting the most out of your current workout, and experience some great new exercises.
