We are past the New Years' and Holiday hype.
Now how are you doing?
How do you show up for yourself?
Saying Yes more often?
Doing your 2-minute morning practice?
Counting your blessings?
What resonated for you when I said that?
How is your transition back to a regular schedule?
Getting past the holiday eating, drinking, and partying can be tough.
When we practice behaviors for a while, they become habits.
Isn't it time to break some of those bad habits you started in the past 1 ½ months of holidays?
What can you do to get back on track?
Make a plan and follow it.
Take the time to make an outline of your day and schedule. This will give you a guide to follow in order to be successful.
Start your day with a positive attitude. We are all truly blessed.
Have an attitude of gratitude.
Find someone to be accountable to.
Be kind to yourself even if you slip up, just get back on.
One of my favorite sayings is: Failing to plan is planning to fail.
Take a moment and ask yourself "what do I need at this moment?"
Do you need to move, call a friend, breath deeply, eat something healthy, kiss your kids or pets, sing a song, give or get a hug, tell someone you love them?
What will make you feel healthy and happy? Now do it!
Have an awesome day...
