About the Event
 We will work on mobility and flexibility while strengthening your core because activated torso musculature and good mobility complement each other. We often use Straps, Stability Balls, Foam Rollers, and weights. Equipment can vary with each class.Â
The best core exercises may surprise you. All levels are encouraged to participate - Modifications are given for ability and equipment.
