Exercise and movement are essential to aging gracefully and with less pain. Toni has proven that staying active and training correctly as we get older can greatly improve balance, quality of life, and overall well-being.

With years of experience working with the aging body and mind, Toni’s approach is both practical and refreshing. She offers encouraging exercise plans, workout videos, and recorded training sessions—all with a strong focus on maintaining health and staying active.

Toni provides the tools and guidance needed to achieve fitness lifestyle goals, while also monitoring and tracking progress along the way—either in person or via Zoom.

She teaches chair-based classes in retirement homes and senior centers, including:

  • “Senior Fitness and Care”

  • “Chair Yoga”

  • “Get Up and Be Fit”

Toni is also available to assist with additional needs such as errands, household chores, administrative tasks, pet care, and more. She is extremely patient and attentive, especially when working with individuals experiencing memory challenges.

FLEXIBILITY and YOGA TRAINING

Stretch therapy is a valuable tool for improving movement in everyday life, supporting healthy aging, enhancing athletic performance, and aiding in injury prevention and rehabilitation. It helps the body feel more youthful, flexible, and resilient.

Toni incorporates a variety of stretching methods, including Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), dynamic and static stretching, PNF, assisted stretching, self-myofascial release (SMR), breathwork, and yoga.

Yoga is an important component of flexibility and mobility training. Toni offers one-on-one yoga instruction focused on proper alignment and posture, tailored to each individual’s unique body and needs.

Her methods are especially beneficial for those experiencing chronic pain, physical instability, or anyone looking to improve overall health and well-being.

FUNCTIONAL and
CORE TRAINING

​Exercises that train the body to perform the activities of daily living more easily and without injuries. As we grow older we tend to lose some of this good functional ability, causing pain, stiffness and lack of full motion.


All human movement is a combination of various functions. Each part is the sum of the whole. In other words, our muscles work together with the stabilizers, movers and connective tissue to create movement. They must function properly to ensure good bio-mechanics.

Functional Training makes use of bands, balls, free-weights, TRX™, body weight, and plyometric exercises to condition the body in an unstable environment. Proper progression and consistence are the keys to success!

Resistane Training

RESISTANCE TRAINING

Resistance training is for EVERYONE: all ages, genders and backgrounds, not just people who want to get big muscles. It's not how much weight you're lifting, its how you're lifting it, that gives the desired effect. The proper form and technique in weight training builds strong bones and healthy bodies.

Resistance training involves using various modes of opposition to movements such as: barbells, dumbbells, rubber tubing, medicine balls, kettlebells, partner-assistance, body weight and suspension.

POST RE-HAB THERAPY

Whether you’ve experienced a sports injury, an accident, a medical condition, overuse pain, or are living with a disability, regaining functional ability is essential.

Toni begins with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) or other assessments to identify your specific needs. She then guides you through a personalized recovery plan using targeted exercises and stretching techniques.

With a fitness routine you can perform daily or as needed, you’ll be able to continue progressing and maintain the benefits of your therapy while improving your overall physical condition.

Many physical issues can be prevented or minimized through proper biomechanics and movement patterns.

Rehabilitation focuses on activating underactive muscles while reducing overactivity in others, creating proper length–tension relationships within the body. This allows for more efficient, pain-free movement.
