A powerful mixture of traditional standing strengthening poses, Bikram and Vinyasa flows. Poses are held longer and some repeated. Using Proper alignment, modifications and intelligent sequence. All while blending heat with humidity, allowing you to work deeper and safer. The heat also heals.
