Yoga with a Core based flow done to gentle music. In this class we work on flexibility, stability and core strength in an easy to follow Yoga inspired class. All you need is a mat, block and strap. I will provide the rest.

About the Event
In this class, we focus on enhancing flexibility, improving stability, and building core strength through a series of carefully designed movements and poses that are inspired by traditional yoga practices. Our sessions are structured to be accessible and easy to follow, making them suitable for participants of all levels, whether you are a beginner or have some experience in yoga. All you will need to bring to class is a mat to provide comfort and support during our exercises, a block to assist with alignment and depth in various poses, and a strap to help facilitate stretches and improve your range of motion. I will give guidance on proper techniques, modifications for varying skill levels, and encouragement to help you progress at your own pace.
