We humans usually do not breath very deeply. Now with all these masks, I have found that we tend take even more shallow breaths. Do yourself a favor.....
Take a full minute and breath through your nose for 4 counts in and 4 counts out and REPEAT.
If you need to calm, double the exhale time. This will activate your parasympathetic nervous system allowing you to relax and focus.
