We are in such turbulent times, it is easy to get consumed by all the negativity around us. Take a break and find some humor.

  • Go to a comedy show

  • Watch funny programs on TV

  • Read funny books and cartoons

  • Be light hearted

  • Be silly and laugh at yourself
