Are you getting enough sleep?

Did you know that not getting enough sleep can cause declines in cognitive function, memory, immune function, and many other negative effects?

And for me, the biggest factor is that it causes inflammation in the body, causing pain, illness, and diseases.

I thought there was something wrong with me because I had so many chronic physical pains. I got tested for diseases and other possible issues with no negative results. I have been a bodybuilder and athlete, but there was something going on in my body.

Getting more sleep was the BIG factor that changed.

Since Covid, I've been able to get a full 8 hours of sleep by getting up at 7 am - argh... I know it still seems early, but for over 30 years, I've been up by no later than 5:20 am!!

I'm more clear-headed and do not have the pain and discomfort in my body that I had pre-Covid, and I am probably working out as much, if not more. I've changed my schedule to allow for the sleep I need. Now I feel re-energized!
